STUDENT UNION

Following the State Govt order in which the formation of Student Councils in all colleges and Universities in the State has stopped. So, officially the college can’t accommodate the student’s representative to different academic and administrative bodies like governing body (GB). However, with a view to introducing the democratic process of running the institution smoothly, we have ensured the students’ participation in the college in different academic bodies of the college like the Hostel committee, sports committee, cultural committee, Anti-ragging committee, Seminar Committee, etc. and administrative bodies like IQAC. The college however has club societies like The Book Reading Club, The Film Club, and a club for lecture series only for the teachers of the college. The lecture series is also known as ‘Ujjibani Pathasala’. The Book Reading Club and The Film Club also include college students and encourage them to read good books, watch good movies, and analyze them.
